Can I have underfloor heating with my boiler?
Yes. A manifold with a mixing valve lowers the water temperature for the underfloor circuits.
Can I put underfloor heating in an existing room?
Yes. Our low-profile systems start from just 18 mm thick and go on top of your existing floor.
Can it work with a heat pump later?
Yes. We can design your underfloor heating to run at heat pump temperatures, so it’s ready if you switch from a boiler in the future.
Which floor finishes work with underfloor heating?
Tiles and stone work best. Engineered wood, laminate, vinyl and thin carpet also work if they’re suitable for underfloor heating.
Does underfloor heating need servicing?
It needs very little, but an occasional manifold check keeps it balanced. It’s £96 for up to two manifolds.
