Matt has been punctual and responsive in his approach. He even answered a call early one Sunday morning when i rang him by mistake! I can't fault Matt with his approach. He's carried out the works to a high standard, resolved any issues we asked him to look at and even fixed a leaking outside tap whilst carrying out his work. To top it off, he's a genuine bloke who conducts himself to a high standard. I was a little loathe to write this review, so as not to let the secret out. Matt and Adam did a superb job for us. We wanted a new hot water tank and our pipework upgraded to increase hot water pressure (shower wasn't great even with... read more a pump, took 10 minutes to run a warm bath etc.). Not straightforward, especially as we live in an old, pre-Victorian house. In addition, we asked that he move our existing boiler and tidy the boiler cupboard (had become a Frankenstein's monster after years of adding things like underfloor heating pipes, H/C feed to new ensuite etc.). Firstly, the outcome was even better than imagined and we have hotel-style high pressure hot water everywhere. We are absolutely delighted and it's disproportionately improved our quality of life. Secondly, they turned up exactly when they said they would each day, and the job took exactly as long as they said it would. They tidied up after themselves at the end of each day, and worked to minimise our time without hot water. They're great guys too, and a pleasure to have around - very respectful of our home. Were they the cheapest quote? No - but they worked hard for their money and if we'd have gone with a cheaper quote then the "finish" wouldn't have been what it is. I'd argue that we got best value for our money from Matt and Adam. Our boiler cupboard is beautiful (no more "spaghetti mess" of pipework), and they went the extra mile to ensure we'd be delighted. After they left I'll admit I kept opening the cupboard to admire their work, like a proud dad! I don't regret my choice one bit, and I'll be using them again and again for all my plumbing needs now. I would highly recommend them to my closest friends. Thanks guys! :)
