We've used Cambs Heating in three separate instances, starting with a routine maintenance of the boiler. The engineer spotted a fault we had someone else investigate with no results, and he immediately provided a solution. The engineer also spotted a pipe joint and informed us he believed was using the wrong fitting. After changing it, it turned out the fitting was indeed completely corroded. Extremely with their service, definitely will use them again for the next maintenance, would definitely recommend.

Matt can do difficult work which other companies can not do or are not willing to do. Matt was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, also friendly, patient and great communication. He did extra work without charging me more, Thank you very much! I am very happy with the work done by Matt , Adam , Nick. Excellent service delivered with great efficiency.

I contacted Matt for a boiler service and to look at an issue with a radiator which wasn't getting very hot. We arranged the boiler service and Matt tried to help solve the radiator issue over the phone, which is always appreciated if it's something simple which can be resolved quickly. Matt has been punctual and responsive in his approach. He even answered a call early one Sunday morning when i rang him by mistake! I can't fault Matt with his approach. He's carried out the works to a high standard, resolved any issues we asked him to look at and even fixed a leaking outside tap whilst carrying out his work. To top it off, he's a genuine bloke who conducts himself to a high standard. I was a little loathe to write this review, so as not to let the secret out. However good work deserves recognition and i'll be setting a reminder to get Matt back for the next boilder service. All the best for the future!

There was excellent communication from the company about the engineer's arrival. Robert was very professional, friendly and a huge credit to his company. He identified a tricky problem and resolved it brilliantly. I'm delighted with the excellent service I received from Robert today. Thank you.

These people are top professionals. They do what they say, on time and to an exact estimated cost. They were wonderfully courteous and considerate from first contact until the end of the job. We asked Cambs Heating to perform an unusual job for us, combining two existing domestic CH systems into one. With the cold weather approaching the job was completed very promptly and professionally by Nick. Matt underestimated the hours required quite considerably, but only charged us for the labour he had quoted for. We couldn't be more pleased and would thoroughly recommend Cambs Heating.

Matthew and Adam did a great job - from replacing taps, to fixing a long dead radiator to servicing our boiler. They are highly skilled, fast and efficient and good value. Definitely our new go to and would recommend them to anyone.

We recently found one of our radiators had a leak from the Thermostatic valve. We contacted Cambs Heating Ltd via their website and they got back to us very quickly and saw us the same day. Thinking it would be an inspection and wait for another day situation, we were pleasantly surprised that Cambs Heating Ltd got straight down to it and replaced the old broken valve for a new one right then and there in no time at all!! We have been extremely pleased that we choose Cambs Heating to carry out the replacement of 2 boilers at Newnham Walk Surgery. Everyone has been extremely polite and very professional; We knew we were in safe hands! We have just had our back boiler replaced with a combi boiler, and all of our radiators replaced. Ben has done an excellent job on the installation, was amicable and approachable, and has explained everything perfectly to us. Matt was excellent at advising for the quotation. Robert did the initial inspection of the old back boiler when I first moved in a year ago and was very helpful in answering my questions about it. Would strongly recommend Cambs Heating to anyone.

An extremely pleasant young man, Adam has been with us, working like a Trojan all day on a Powerflush and two additional jobs. He was professional and friendly and patiently explained things as he went. He left a top notch impression and everything is now working properly for the first time in months.

We were really happy to find this service as we'd been having issues with our boiler for a while. Very professional guys! It was quite complex so we've had a visit from Rob, Matt and Adam. All were really helpful and thorough explaining everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Rob was particularly instrumental in figuring out the issue, which previous companies didn't spot. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling on their services again in future.

Excellent service again today from Cambs Heating, washing machine plumbed in and boiling water tap installed. Very neat job. They are coming back to fit more radiators next week.

Matt and Adam did a superb job for us. We wanted a new hot water tank and our pipework upgraded to increase hot water pressure (shower wasn't great even with a pump, took 10 minutes to run a warm bath etc.). Not straightforward, especially as we live in an old, pre-Victorian house. In addition, we asked that he move our existing boiler and tidy the boiler cupboard (had become a Frankenstein's monster after years of adding things like underfloor heating pipes, H/C feed to new ensuite etc.). Firstly, the outcome was even better than imagined and we have hotel-style high pressure hot water everywhere. We are absolutely delighted and it's disproportionately improved our quality of life. Secondly, they turned up exactly when they said they would each day, and the job took exactly as long as they said it would. They tidied up after themselves at the end of each day, and worked to minimise our time without hot water. They're great guys too, and a pleasure to have around - very respectful of our home. Were they the cheapest quote? No - but they worked hard for their money and if we'd have gone with a cheaper quote then the "finish" wouldn't have been what it is. I'd argue that we got best value for our money from Matt and Adam. Our boiler cupboard is beautiful (no more "spaghetti mess" of pipework), and they went the extra mile to ensure we'd be delighted. After they left I'll admit I kept opening the cupboard to admire their work, like a proud dad! I don't regret my choice one bit, and I'll be using them again and again for all my plumbing needs now. I would highly recommend them to my closest friends. Thanks guys! :)

These folks were a delight to deal with. Started with Emma who made it very easy to get the appointment scheduled in around work. I was given an accurate slot and not a big huge range that would have required me to take a day off. Matt was the engineer that came out and did a super job on the boiler. Was all done promptly, cleanly, and super professional at all steps. Strong recommendation.

Ben and Matt did a fantastic job on our boiler replacement. From the quote through to installation the team were easy to deal with and provided lots of good advice. I appreciated the SMS updates on arrival times and the simple online quote and invoice system. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Requiring the services of Heating Engineers whilst you are remote from your property can sometimes prove challenging. Not with Cambs Heating. Great service throughout!!
