There was a problem with our boiler, Cambs Heating responded immediately, came and fixed the problem, at no cost as a quick fix, great service.

Robert was on-time, helpful and had my boiler fixed quickly and professionally. The faults were clearly explained to me and he even replaced additional small parts whilst he was there. Great service all round.

In this case the maintenance work was relatively routine and was done promptly and efficiently. What I was very impressed by was the use of technology by Cambs Heating. Reminders were sent by email and text, I even got a text to tell me that the engineer had finished his last job and was on his way. These things sound trivial, but do make a difference. An extremely pleasant young man, Adam has been with us, working like a Trojan all day on a Powerflush and two additional jobs. He was professional and friendly and patiently explained things as he went. He left a top notch impression and everything is now working properly for the first time in months.

I was very pleased with the quick diagnosis and repair of my boiler. The engineer was very helpful and the company provided excellent service.

Matt and Adam did a superb job for us. We wanted a new hot water tank and our pipework upgraded to increase hot water pressure (shower wasn't great even with a pump, took 10 minutes to run a warm bath etc.). Not straightforward, especially as we live in an old, pre-Victorian house. In addition, we asked that he move our existing boiler and tidy the boiler cupboard (had become a Frankenstein's monster after years of adding things like underfloor heating pipes, H/C feed to new ensuite etc.). Firstly, the outcome was even better than imagined and we have hotel-style high pressure hot water everywhere. We are absolutely delighted and it's disproportionately improved our quality of life. Secondly, they turned up exactly when they said they would each day, and the job took exactly as long as they said it would. They tidied up after themselves at the end of each day, and worked to minimise our time without hot water. They're great guys too, and a pleasure to have around - very respectful of our home. Were they the cheapest quote? No - but they worked hard for their money and if we'd have gone with a cheaper quote then the "finish" wouldn't have been what it is. I'd argue that we got best value for our money from Matt and Adam. Our boiler cupboard is beautiful (no more "spaghetti mess" of pipework), and they went the extra mile to ensure we'd be delighted. After they left I'll admit I kept opening the cupboard to admire their work, like a proud dad! I don't regret my choice one bit, and I'll be using them again and again for all my plumbing needs now. I would highly recommend them to my closest friends. Thanks guys! :)

Matthew and Adam did a great job - from replacing taps, to fixing a long dead radiator to servicing our boiler. They are highly skilled, fast and efficient and good value. Definitely our new go to and would recommend them to anyone.

We have just had our back boiler replaced with a combi boiler, and all of our radiators replaced. Ben has done an excellent job on the installation, was amicable and approachable, and has explained everything perfectly to us. Matt was excellent at advising for the quotation. Robert did the initial inspection of the old back boiler when I first moved in a year ago and was very helpful in answering my questions about it. Would strongly recommend Cambs Heating to anyone.

We were really happy to find this service as we'd been having issues with our boiler for a while. Very professional guys! It was quite complex so we've had a visit from Rob, Matt and Adam. All were really helpful and thorough explaining everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Having just moved in to a new place and managed to overheat the system, I called Cambs for help to restart the boiler. I expected they would be too busy to come out, which they are, but the super helpful man talked me through all the steps needed to get the boiler going again. Total legend.
