- All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
- All visits are chargeable unless otherwise stated in writing. The total price charged includes the time spent by our team to do the work, including travel time, time spent on obtaining materials, and any administration work.
- If there is insufficient parking available, we will pass this cost to the customer. This is made clear on our online booking or quotation.
- Typically we issue an invoice per visit/job.
- We only install manufacturer-approved parts from reputable suppliers that meet industry standards and are proven to be of the correct technical specification. Materials supplied by us will be subject to a handling charge.
- A cancellation charge will apply for appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- Most quoted works require a 50% deposit is to secure a date. Smaller jobs are charged at the point of booking.
