Boiler servicing for all makes, regular servicing will save you money and keep your home warm.
A boiler service is an annual check and test conducted to ensure that your boiler is working efficiently. Having your boiler serviced annually helps prevent boiler breakdowns by catching small problems that could grow into big ones, potentially leaving you with no heating or hot water and a large bill.
All boiler manufacturers recommend boilers are serviced annually and this is a requirement if your boiler is still under warranty. It may also void your home insurance if your boiler has been neglected.
You can trust Cambs Heating to carry out an in depth service to your appliance. All of our engineers are GasSafe registered and we are licensed to work on all makes and models of natural Gas, LPG and Oil fired appliances. We offer two levels of boiler servicing:

Before we attend
Please ensure the appliance is in good working order. We are unable to fully complete a boiler service if the appliance is not working.
Please clear the area of any items (or cover items that cannot be removed) so that the engineer has appropriate access to the appliance and its ancillaries, including the gas meter.
For non-combination boilers, please ensure that the heating system is cool upon our arrival so that we have sufficient capacity to test the system at maximum rate.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient access to inspect the appliance, the gas meter and the appliance flue upon the entire length, including the flue termination (access to servicing cupboards in communal areas may be required).
Parking is required within 50m of the site, any parking charges or fines incurred due to adequate parking not being provided will passed on to the customer.
During the inspection, if the engineer finds the appliance to be unsafe the appropriate actions will be taken (for more details please see our full Terms and Conditions)
The inspection is chargeable regardless of the outcome of the service and any further visits required to remedy issues or to re-inspect will be chargeable.
**The engineer reserves the right to refuse to carry out any works that may cause further issues (such as leaks) due to the poor condition of / or access to the appliance or its ancillaries.
