I contacted Matt for a boiler service and to look at an issue with a radiator which wasn't getting very hot. We arranged the boiler service and Matt tried to... read more help solve the radiator issue over the phone, which is always appreciated if it's something simple which can be resolved quickly. Matt has been punctual and responsive in his approach. He even answered a call early one Sunday morning when i rang him by mistake! I can't fault Matt with his approach. He's carried out the works to a high standard, resolved any issues we asked him to look at and even fixed a leaking outside tap whilst carrying out his work. To top it off, he's a genuine bloke who conducts himself to a high standard. I was a little loathe to write this review, so as not to let the secret out. However good work deserves recognition and i'll be setting a reminder to get Matt back for the next boilder service. All the best for the future!

Cambs Heating carried out full annual service on my Vaillant boiler. The services was easy to book, they arrived on time and were knowedgable about my model of boiler and... read more were efficient and friendly. Also the engineer noticed that the gas mains input pressure was very low and arranged an emergency visit by area services to fit a new mains gas regulating valve. Had this not been spotted the boiler could have certainly failed at Christmas with possibly reduced mains pressure due to increased seasonal demand.. I am very happy with the service I received.
