What do we do on a Heat Pump Service?

Visual inspection for refrigerant leaks
Visual Inspection of water pipework & insulation local to the appliance(s)
Ensuring the outdoor unit is clear of debris and obstructions
Clean the outdoor unit coils
Remove dirt from condensate drains
Clean the Magnetic system filter.
Clean the inline strainer
Check the heating expansion vessel pressure, top up as necessary.
Check the hot water expansion vessel pressure, top up as necessary.
Check that safety devices are working correctly.
Check that the electrical connections are clean and in good condition.
Offer recommendations to improve performance or energy efficiency

We were particularly impressed with Adam who was very conscientious and completed the work with very little disruptions. We would thoroughly recommend Cambs Heating to anyone.

He was professional and explained everything he was doing and has appeared to have done a neat and tidy install replacing some old pipe work and using an existing flue. 						We had a big job with replacement oil powered boiler, hot water tank, removal of water tank in loft and converting to mains water - lots of new pipes and old ones sorted out. Each day a text would come with 35 mins notice of arrival which was useful. Cambs Heating Ltd took 4 days, working hard with extremely pleasant, tidy and professional workers. I really do recommend this company with special thanks to Adam. Beautiful work. Oftec chose our installation as one to randomly check and they were very satisfied with the work.
