The Guarantee you receive for the boiler will be directly from the manufacturer of the appliance, These generally range between 5-12 years and cover parts and labour but are subject to the individual manufacturers terms and conditions. Every boiler installation gets a chemical flush as standard. We can upgrade to a power flush if required but this is normally only needed for really sludged up systems that have cold spots on radiators.
